By booking any tour, activity, package, Nile Cruise, or service with Emtyaztravel.com, you acknowledge and agree that travel involves certain risks, including but not limited to transportation delays, weather conditions, walking on uneven surfaces, and participation in outdoor activities.
You agree that you participate in all activities at your own risk.

2 – Health & Fitness Requirements

You confirm that you are physically fit to participate in the activities included in your tour.
If you have any medical condition, allergy, disability, or mobility limitation, you must inform us before booking.

Emtyaztravel.com is not responsible for any medical emergencies or conditions that arise during your trip.

3 – Responsibility for Personal Belongings

You are responsible for your own belongings at all times.
Emtyaztravel.com is not liable for:

• lost or stolen items,

• damage to luggage,

• forgotten items in vehicles, hotels, cruises, or attractions.

4 – Risks Associated with Travel

You acknowledge that certain activities may involve natural or environmental risks, including:

• high temperatures / strong sun exposure

• steps, slopes, and uneven ground in archaeological sites

• boat or cruise movement on water

• traffic conditions

• changes in government regulations or site closures

Emtyaztravel.com is not liable for injuries, discomfort, or inconvenience caused by such conditions.

5 – Transportation & Delays

Emtyaztravel.com is not responsible for delays or changes caused by:

• airlines or airports

• Nile Cruise operators

• traffic or road closures

• weather and natural conditions

• government regulations

We will always provide the best possible alternative solution, but delays do not qualify for compensation.

6 – Third-Party Operators

Some activities included in your booking may be operated by third-party suppliers (e.g., cruises, transportation companies, local operators, airlines).
Emtyaztravel.com acts only as an intermediary and is not responsible for:

• accidents,

• service interruptions,

• operational changes,

• or decisions made by these suppliers.

7 – Participation is Voluntary

By participating in our tours and activities, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with them.
If you decide not to participate in any part of the itinerary, no refunds will be provided for unused services.

8 – Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emtyaztravel.com shall not be liable for:

• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• loss of enjoyment

• emotional distress

• personal injury caused by negligence of third-party suppliers

• any act outside our reasonable control

Our total liability, if applicable, shall not exceed the amount paid for the booked service.

9 – Customer Agreement

By completing a booking on Emtyaztravel.com or through our team, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood this disclaimer

• You agree to all participation risks

• You waive any right to claim damages beyond what is covered in our Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy
